NCJWA Victoria is seeking a dynamic and passionate Empowerment Manager to lead our #MakeSpaceForHer program, our unique initiative advancing women’s leadership, visibility and influence.
#MSFH works to increase the representation of women in communal leadership and public life. Through initiatives including our Women’s Directory, organisational pledge for gender balance, leadership Accelerator and the Jewish Women of Words platform, we are building a stronger, more representative and inclusivecommunity.
This role is an opportunity to shape and grow a movement. The Empowerment Manager will drive strategy and delivery across our gender equality initiatives, expanding impact, strengthening partnerships and supporting women to step forward as leaders.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A passion for gender equity and community leadership
Strong program development and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to translate vision into practical initiatives and outcomes
Confidence working with community leaders, organisations and emerging female voices
