Welcome to the Make Space for Her: Accelerator – a brand new program under the NCJWA Vic umbrella in collaboration with LaunchPad, designed for women ready to embark on a transformative journey towards unlocking their full potential.

Join this inspiring journey spanning 8 sessions over 3 months, tailored specifically for women eager to elevate their leadership skills and propel themselves into influential roles within community organisations and broader career paths.

Our program is meticulously crafted to provide you with the tools, insights, and support you need to thrive. Through a combination of interactive workshops with expert facilitators, personalised coaching, and peer-to-peer networking, you'll delve into key areas such as effective communication, leadership styles, strategic thinking, decision-making, and building a powerful personal brand.
