In 1927, a group of visionary Jewish women came together in Victoria with a shared purpose: to create a voice, a support network, and a community for women who sought to make a difference. They founded NCJWA – an organisation rooted in values of justice, compassion, and collective strength.
For 100 years, NCJWAVIC has championed Jewish women and community — advancing justice, welfare, and connection across Victoria and beyond.
The founders believed that a woman's worth is immeasurable — beyond rubies, beyond measure. As we mark 100 years, we honour those who came before us and commit to carrying their light forward into the next century.
