Suzi is an experienced Executive Advisor and Coach and has held various senior leadership roles with the Australian School of Applied Management, and Nesli (National Excellence in Schools Leadership Institute) most recently as CEO. With over twenty years of leadership development experience and working alongside Australia’s highest-achieving women, Suzi has developed a deep understanding of, and appreciation for, the challenges faced in the workforce today for women.

Martin is 'The Resilience Project' Partner & Lead Facilitator. His diverse background includes living with a Dayak headhunting tribe in Borneo and being educated across South East Asia, shaping his strong moral values. After a professional football career, he pursued primary teaching in Melbourne, later becoming Assistant Principal at Auburn Primary. Transitioning to The Resilience Project, he has delivered over 1,700 presentations nationwide, emphasizing positivity and resilience in schools, corporations, and elite sporting organisations. Passionate about fostering supportive environments for children, his energetic presentations reflect his dedication to instilling self-confidence and zest for life.

Zandy Fell is a Director with The ZALT Group. As a conflict resolution practitioner, Zandy’s passion is supporting others to prepare for and participate in difficult conversations. Zandy enjoys the challenge of a mixed client base from government departments, Universities through to emergency services, as well as significant companies in the retail, hospitality and manufacturing. She combines a legal and HR background with years “in the trenches” of industrial relations. Proactively she supports people to manage their own working relationships for strategic advantage. Zandy’s comfort in conflict is contagious as she supports others to identify and implement their options during challenging dialogue. Participants attest to her neutrality and her clear, pragmatic and realistic approach together with an awareness of organisational and interpersonal sensitivities.  

She is an experienced and successful conflict coach, restorative practitioner, facilitator, mediator and workplace investigator. Zandy has a Law and an Arts degree from Monash University and later completed a Graduate Diploma in HR. She is a nationally Accredited Mediator, Workplace Conferencing Facilitator and has a Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching (International Coach Federation Approved), Certificate in the Neuroscience of Mediation, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Recently she completed the trauma informed Working with Lived Experience course with the Forgiveness Project UK.

Rochelle Serry is not a glass-half-full person; her cup overflows most days. She is open, inviting and intelligent. As a devoted partner and mother of two sons, Roch's career journey has taken her from thriving marketing, communications and events agencies in Australia and the UK to found her own business, ThinkHatch.

Beyond her professional career, Roch dedicates her time and expertise to several organisations. She is a member of an Advisory Committee and Expert Reference Group with the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, is on the Consumer Advisory Network with the Cancer Council Vic, and has been an invited speaker at the Survivorship Conference with the Australian Survivorship Centre at Peter Mac. She also spent 10 years as a volunteer with Jewish Care Empower Interest Free Loans and is a Board member of Flying Fox.

Roch believes in the value of navigating our super-powers, in sharing our experiences and in the power of storytelling. She lights up when she lifts others, and is looking forward to bringing her insights as a strategic marketer, business owner, volunteer and mentor, to support women in building their personal brand, advocating for their value and contributing to projects of impact.

Sally is a lawyer by profession and an experienced dispute resolution and industry self-regulation expert in the financial services sector. Sally’s career has spanned private practice, resolving disputes in the banking and insurance sector and most recently as General Manager and CEO of committees that monitor financial services industry codes of practice.

With a special interest and qualifications in the tourism and luxury accommodation sector, as a current small business owner, Sally brings a wealth of diverse experience and a robust knowledge of governance principles to her role as Secretary on the NCJWA Vic Board. She is passionate about providing community assurance and committed to continuous improvement and brings these passions to her positions as chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. 

Zivit is an experienced executive, specialising in governance, people, culture, leadership and ethical decision-making. She is the author of “The Ethical Kaleidoscope: Values, Ethics, and Corporate Governance” (with Doug Long), 2017, Routledge Publishing, UK. Zivit is passionate about empowering female entrepreneurs and leaders and actively contributes by facilitating various female leadership programs and initiatives.

Irit is a seasoned strategy and banking professional with over a decade of invaluable experience in the financial sector. Having dedicated substantial portions of her career to renowned institutions such as ANZ and NAB.

Irit is the founder and CEO of F-Empowered, a mission close to her heart – empowering young individuals, particularly women, to take charge of their financial futures.

F-Empowered is the realisation of Irit's passion for financial education, where she leverages her extensive knowledge to offer tailored Money Fit Programs. Through these programs, conducted in schools and organisations, Irit equips students and young professionals with the tools and insights necessary to achieve their financial goals. Her dedication to fostering financial literacy and empowerment is evident in every workshop and session she conducts.
