Make Space For Her: Accelerator

Make Space For Her: Accelerator is a bold, skills-based leadership experience for Jewish women, proudly delivered by NCJWA Vic in collaboration with LaunchPad.

Designed for those ready to take their next step — in their careers, community roles, or personal leadership — this program offers the structure, tools, and support to grow with clarity and confidence.

Over 8 sessions across 3 months, participants will build essential leadership capabilities through interactive workshops, expert facilitation, and meaningful peer connection. This is a space to learn, reflect, and grow — together with a cohort of inspiring Jewish women.

Through the program, you will:
Learn to think strategically and act decisively
Communicate with impact and authenticity
 Strengthen your presence and influence
Build your understanding of finance
Clarify your purpose, strengths and values
Build a strong network of like-minded Jewish women

Whether you're stepping up, starting fresh, or seeking clarity on what’s next — this is your space to grow.

Make Space For Her is more than a program. It’s a launchpad for Jewish women ready to lead with intention, courage, and skill.
